Transformational literacy curriculums, positive self-image programs, and medical centers provide underserved communities the tools, support, and vision underprivileged global communities need to create a better future.
From building a medical center in Uganda to providing world-class educational and self-development programs, Hazel and High Tide Global support struggling schools in Los Angeles, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Columbia, Guatemala, Uganda and soon to follow in Brazil.

Hazel is grateful for the PUSHY ANGELS who came into her life, changed her perspective, and lit the path for her to see a better future for herself. Because of her PUSHY ANGELS Hazel earned her High School diploma at 30, went on to earn a master’s in educational psychology, and ultimately started the Ortega Counseling Center out of her garage that has served over 45,000 injured workers in California.
